Origin Pharma Packaging Launch New Child Resistant Jar
Origin Pharma Packaging has launched a piece of packaging dedicated to the medicinal cannabis industry
The newly designed child-resistant jar is created to support the ‘flower# product which is often prescribed in certain European countries as ‘buds’. These products/ medicines have to be packaged up safely as they will be entering a domestic environment where children may be present.
Origin has created a packaging team for 2020, to enable and support start-up medicinal cannabis companies who do not have the capacity or resources to have their own packaging, development and supply chain team.
The jar is manufactured in Origin’s cleanroom manufacturing facility based in Welton, Yorkshire (UK). The packaging development team is developing a number of packaging pieces which is supporting this ground-breaking and exciting industry.
